D&J'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURES and their cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers in all matters to hotel accommodations and transportation, such they shall not be liable for any loss for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any company or person, engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out arraignments of the tour. Beaver Bus Lines does not permit any drugs or alcohol on their buses at any time. Persons caught will be ejected from the tour and left to find their own arraignments to get home (at their own expense). Persons with criminal records are not allowed to enter the U.S. will also be ejected from the tour and left to find their own arraignments to get home (at their own expense).
